How long is a session?
Each counseling session lasts 50 minutes.
Can I meet online?
Yes. Choose "Online" when you book and we will send your meeting link before the session. You can also meet us in person at our studio in Pioneer Plaza, Eldoret.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and your counselor. Secrets posted on the wall are anonymous; no name, email or IP address is stored with them.
What can I talk about?
Relationships, marriage, parenting, money, grief and loss, personal growth, or anything else that is weighing on you. You do not need to have it all figured out.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You get an email as soon as you book. Our team then confirms the session by email with the final details.
I need to change my time. What do I do?
